Dick Hardly is the main antagonist of the Powerpuff Girls episode "Knock it Off". He is corrupt, manipulative and ruthless businessman, who wants to clone Powerpuff Girls and sell them to get money and fame. He is also former friend of Professor Utonium, until he revealed his true intentions.
He is voiced by Jeff Benett.
